The second annual Mind over Miles 5K Run and 1M Walk will take place on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 9:00AM at Black River Landing in Lorain. We will be staging from a picnic pavilion with use of restrooms in the Train Station and ample parking. The racecourse will travel near the lake shore with a turnaround in Lakeview Park.
