Since its inception in 1919, American Legion Post 30 has been serving the Lorain community. They focus on enhancing the well-being of veterans, their families, our military, and the community through devotion to mutual helpfulness. They are committed to fulfilling the American Legion's vision statement of "Veterans Strengthening America."

BAS Broadcasting, Inc. is owned and operated by the Klein Family. BAS Broadcasting owns 11 radio stations and 8 Internet Stations between Toledo and Cleveland and Lake Erie and Columbus. Each station features a mass appeal music intensive format, with community connected veteran announcers, extensive news, sports and weather coverage.

The City of Lorain is the 9th largest city in the State of Ohio. Nicknamed “The International City”, Lorain has a rich history of diversity that has been shaped by people from all over our world. Mayor Jack Bradley, his administration, and City Council work closely with Main Street Lorain to improve our downtown neighborhood.

The Community Foundation is working to build a strong culture of philanthropy, expand organizational capacity and strengthen our community! They do this is so many ways within Lorain County, including trainings, grant making, collaborative partnerships, and the power of their endowment program.

The Italian American Veterans Post 1 is a social club located on Oberlin Avenue in Lorain. They are a veterans organization which serves our community with events, meeting spaces, dinners, and more!
